This new turbo is compatible with reference AL0069 and fits Mercedes CLA models equipped with the CLA 220 184 ch and CLA 250 211/218 ch engines – the 2.0-litre petrol (1991 cm³) carrying engine code M 270.920. Before placing an order, it is strongly recommended that you check the reference printed on the old turbo removed from the vehicle, to ensure an exact match with your engine.

This new turbo is sold on an exchange basis: in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, return of the old turbo is required, but it is only collected after the new unit has been delivered and fitted, so your CLA is not left off the road unnecessarily. The part carries a 12-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments – pay in up to 10 instalments – to make your purchase more manageable.
Advice before and after fitting on your CLA
On a turbocharged petrol engine such as the M 270.920, premature turbo failure is often caused by insufficient lubrication, poor-quality engine oil or missed oil changes, as well as a clogged air filter or a faulty intercooler. Before fitting, carefully inspect the oil circuit, the condition of the hoses and the cleanliness of the air intake. When starting the engine for the first time, make sure to prime the turbo with oil to ensure immediate lubrication of the bearings from the very first start.
