Reconditioned DSG 6 Gearbox Volkswagen Golf 2.0 TSI – Reference NJP
This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is designed for the Volkswagen Golf fitted with the 2.0 TSI petrol engine of 1984 cm³, compatible with engine codes CCZA, CCZB, CHHB and CJXC, under reference NJP. Reconditioning follows a rigorous process: complete strip-down of the gearbox, cleaning and inspection of every internal component, replacement of wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals, then reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and bench-testing prior to dispatch. This NJP gearbox is sold complete with its dual-clutch assembly, which is also inspected during reconditioning. However, the gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: this electronic component is neither supplied nor included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer.
Signs That Your DSG 6 Gearbox Needs Replacing
Several warning signs indicate wear on the DSG 6 gearbox in a Golf 2.0 TSI: juddering or jolting during gear changes, slipping under acceleration, harsh or delayed gear shifts, the gearbox warning light illuminated on the dashboard, activation of limp-home mode, unusual noises or vibrations during automatic gear changes, and a noticeable loss of power on pull-away.
- Juddering or jolting during gear changes
- Slipping under acceleration
- Harsh or delayed gear shifts
- Gearbox warning light illuminated
- Limp-home mode activated
Exchange Basis: Immediate Delivery, Return Later
