Under the exchange arrangement, the reconditioned gearbox is delivered and fitted first, so the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not left off the road waiting for a return. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the LUB gearbox has been delivered and installed. Return of the old unit is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, and ensures the exchange is completed properly.
