A new turbo built for the demanding use of the Renault Master
The Renault Master is a commercial vehicle designed for heavy load transport, urban and long-distance deliveries, and repeated professional journeys at full load. This demanding use puts considerable strain on the turbocharger, particularly during successive acceleration cycles, frequent hot-engine stops, and towing. A worn or poorly lubricated turbo quickly leads to power loss and excessive fuel consumption, making the fitting of a new turbo purpose-matched to this vehicle the right solution.
Compatibility with Master engine variants
This new turbo is compatible with reference 795637-5001S and fits the Renault Master with the 2.3 dCi engine, a 2298 cm³ diesel unit, associated with engine codes M9T670, M9T672, M9T676 and M9T870. Before ordering, it is strongly recommended that you check the reference printed on your old turbo or on the engine plate of your Master, as several power variants exist for this engine.
Exchange basis and warranty for your Master
This new turbo is sold on an exchange basis: in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, return of the old turbo is required; however, it is only collected after the new turbo has been delivered and fitted to your Master, so your commercial vehicle is not left off the road. The part is covered by a 12-month parts warranty, subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional.
Fitting advice for the M9T engine
On the M9T engines fitted to the Master, turbo service life is closely linked to the quality and frequency of engine oil changes, as well as the condition of the air filter and intercooler. Before fitting, check the oil circuit, the intake and boost hoses, and the air intake, to rule out any contamination that could damage the new turbo. Oil priming is essential on first start-up to ensure immediate lubrication of the bearings. Payment for your new turbo can be spread over up to 10 instalments, to help you manage the maintenance costs of your Master.
