This Peugeot 308 1.5 BlueHDi gearbox, reference 20V250, is fully reconditioned through a rigorous process before being returned to service. With an engine capacity of 1499 cm³, this unit is fitted to the Peugeot 308 1.5 BlueHDi diesel and transmits power through six manual ratios. Reconditioning of reference 20V250 involves complete disassembly, thorough cleaning and careful inspection of every component, followed by replacement of all internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested prior to dispatch.

The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected once the new unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
