This reconditioned gearbox for the Ford Transit 2.4 TDCi (2402 cm³) is supplied under reference 5C1R7003AA, compatible with engine codes PHFA, PHFB and JXFA. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, followed by thorough cleaning and inspection of every component. Internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are then replaced. The gearbox is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.
