This reconditioned gearbox is fully restored for the Nissan Qashqai fitted with the 1.6 dCi engine ( 1598 cm³, engine code R9M ), under reference ND4008. It is designed for vehicles whose 6-speed manual gearbox is showing advanced signs of wear, offering a reliable replacement without the cost of a brand-new unit.

Reconditioning follows a rigorous process: the gearbox is completely stripped down, every component is cleaned and inspected, the most heavily loaded gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced, and the whole unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

Exchange basis: delivery before return of the old unit

This ND4008 gearbox is dispatched upfront, before any collection of the old unit. The reconditioned gearbox is therefore sent out first, allowing the garage to carry out the fitting without keeping the vehicle off the road. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected once the reconditioned unit has been delivered and installed. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Compatibility

This gearbox is compatible with Nissan Qashqai models fitted with the R9M engine in 1.6 dCi ( 1598 cm³ ), under reference ND4008.

Warranty and payment

This reconditioned gearbox is covered by a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
