This reconditioned gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected component by component. Any gears, synchromesh rings, bearings and seals showing signs of wear are replaced, before the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested to confirm correct operation. Sold on an exchange basis, the reconditioned 20CN47 gearbox is dispatched first: the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the actuator robot: this component is neither reconditioned nor tested — it remains the vehicle's original unit and must be reused by the customer.
