Reconditioned DSG 6 Gearbox – Volkswagen Scirocco 2.0 TSI – Reference NJP

This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is specifically designed for the Volkswagen Scirocco fitted with the 2.0 TSI engine (1984 cm³, engine code CCZB), and carries reference NJP. It replaces a dual-clutch automatic gearbox worn out by repeated gear changes and sustained thermal stress.

Reconditioning of the NJP gearbox

Every NJP reference gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected component by component. Internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: this component is neither reconditioned nor tested — it remains the vehicle's original unit and must be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is included with this reconditioned gearbox.

Exchange basis: delivery before return of the old unit

Under this exchange arrangement, the reconditioned NJP gearbox is dispatched first; the old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected once the new unit has been delivered and fitted. This means the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road. Return of the old gearbox is nonetheless required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Compatibility

This DSG 6 gearbox reference NJP is compatible with vehicles fitted with engine code CCZB.

Warranty and payment

This gearbox comes with a 12-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, with up to 10 instalments available.
