It carries a 12-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over up to 10 instalments.
Advice before fitting the turbo to your 418d
On the B47 and N47 engines fitted to the Série 4, turbo life depends heavily on the quality and frequency of oil changes, as well as the condition of the air filter, since CHRA lubrication is directly affected by degraded oil or inadequate filtration. Before fitting, also check the condition of the hoses and intercooler, which can crack with age and cause an air leak that affects boost pressure. When starting the engine for the first time, prime the oil circuit before the initial start-up to avoid running the turbo dry.
