Frequently asked questions
Are your Infiniti parts compatible with my model?
We cover the vast majority of Infiniti engines. To get the exact part, give us your number plate or request an online quote: our advisers confirm compatibility using your registration document.
Are reconditioned Infiniti parts reliable?
Yes. Every Infiniti part is reconditioned in our workshop, with wear parts replaced, bench-tested and guaranteed for up to 24 months. A reliable and far more affordable alternative to new, starting from a restored original part.
How does the exchange system work for a Infiniti part?
You order your reconditioned Infiniti part, we dispatch it, then you send us back your old unit (the core). We arrange all the transport both ways — you don't have to handle any logistics.
Do you deliver Infiniti parts everywhere, and how quickly?
Yes, we deliver throughout France and Europe. Depending on the availability of the reference, your Infiniti part leaves our workshop quickly, and you can pay in instalments, up to 10 payments.
