It comes with a 12-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over up to 10 instalments.
Fitting advice for the Berlingo 1.6 HDi
Before fitting the turbo, check the oil circuit (feed and return hoses), the cleanliness of the air intake and the condition of the intercooler to avoid any contamination of the new unit. Prime the turbo with oil before the first start-up to ensure immediate lubrication of the bearings. A full oil change using oil suited to the 1.6 HDi engine, along with replacement of the air filter, is strongly recommended to extend the service life of the turbo on your Berlingo.
