EDEN Garage Cashback Scheme – Terms and Conditions

Article 1 — Organiser
The EDEN Garage Pot is offered by EDEN BOITES / E-BOITES, a SAS registered with the Cannes RCS under number 803 049 774, 8 avenue Saint-Jean, 06400 Cannes.
Article 2 — Who can take part
The programme is open free of charge to automotive repair professionals established in metropolitan France, holding an active SIRET number, who place orders with EDEN BOITES for their professional activity. Registering constitutes acceptance of these rules.
Article 3 — How the pot builds up
Each eligible order adds the following to the garage's pot:
- €100 excl. VAT per gearbox or transfer case;
- €200 excl. VAT per engine.
The amount is credited upon dispatch of the part.
Article 4 — Eligible orders
An eligible order is any order for a gearbox or engine with a value of at least €1,000 excl. VAT (excluding delivery), dispatched and paid in full, placed on or after the date the garage registered for the programme. Orders placed before registration do not count, including for long-standing customers. Turbos, differentials, axles and other parts are not included. A cancelled, refunded or returned order is removed from the pot, along with the amount it had credited.
Article 5 — The season
A season runs for 12 months from the date of the first eligible order. At the end of the season, a new season begins with the next eligible order, and the pot resets to zero. If an after-sales matter is ongoing on one of the garage's orders at the end of the season, the season is extended by up to 30 days after that matter is closed.
Article 6 — Unlocking the pot
The pot starts building from the 1st eligible order but remains locked until the garage has placed its 3rd order of the season. On the 3rd order, the amounts earned on the first two are deducted, in accordance with the conditions of Article 7. Thereafter, and until the end of the season, each eligible order credits its amount, which can be used from the next order onwards.
Article 7 — How to use the pot
The pot can only be used as a deduction against an order, up to a maximum of 20% of the order value excl. VAT. The deduction is applied automatically at the point of payment on eden-boites.com, when the order is placed using the garage account's e-mail address; it is calculated in increments of €100 excl. VAT. It is not applied to an order placed with a different e-mail address. Any unused balance remains available for the next order. The pot cannot be converted into cash, refunded, transferred, or combined with another discount code on the same order.
Article 8 — End of season
At the end of the season, any pot that is still locked is forfeited. An unlocked balance remains usable on the next order, provided that order is placed within 3 months of the end of the season.
Article 9 — Tracking and security
The garage can track its pot in the "My Pot" area on eden-boites.com, accessible via a secure link sent by e-mail, and receives information messages about its balance and deadlines. Each use of the pot is notified to the garage by e-mail and SMS. The garage account's e-mail address is personal: the garage undertakes not to share it for orders that are not its own. EDEN BOITES may verify an order using the pot before it is dispatched and, in the event of use by a third party, cancel the deduction.
Article 10 — Misuse and amendments
In the event of fraud, misuse or breach of the Registered Garage Charter, EDEN BOITES may cancel the pot and exclude the garage from the programme. EDEN BOITES may amend or discontinue the programme at any time, with 30 days' notice; amounts already unlocked remain usable during that notice period.
Article 11 — Governing law
These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the district in which EDEN BOITES has its registered office.
