This new turbo is sold on an exchange basis: in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, return of the old turbo is required, though it is only collected after the new part has been delivered and fitted, so your DS3 is never left off the road. The part comes with a 12-month parts warranty, subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over several instalments, in up to 10 instalments.

Advice before fitting on the 1.6 HDi 92

Before installing the new turbo, inspect the oil circuit (feed and return hoses), check the condition of the intake hoses and the cleanliness of the air intake, and examine the intercooler and air filter. Pre-filling the feed hose with oil is essential on first start-up to prevent the turbo from running dry. On this engine, using good-quality oil, keeping to regular oil change intervals, and avoiding high revs when the engine is cold will all directly contribute to the longevity of the new turbo.
