Fitting advice for the CLS 350 BlueTEC turbo
Before fitting to the V6 OM642LS, check the oil circuit (feed and return lines), the condition of the air hoses and the cleanliness of the air intake upstream of the turbo. Prime the turbo with oil before the first start to ensure immediate lubrication of the bearings. Also check the intercooler and replace the air filter if necessary — both are essential steps to protect the longevity of the new turbo on this engine.
