This reconditioned gearbox for the Audi Q5 2.0 TDI (1968 cm³) is supplied under reference NAF, compatible with engine codes CAHA, CAHB, CGLB, CMGA, CNHA and CNHC. It is a 6-speed manual gearbox, fully stripped, cleaned and inspected before reconditioning. Any worn gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced; the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch, under reference NAF.

Signs That Your Gearbox Needs Replacing

  • Stiff or imprecise gear changes, particularly on lower ratios
  • Crunching or grinding when changing gear
  • Unusual vibrations transmitted through the gear lever
  • Visible oil leak beneath the gearbox
  • Occasional gear engagement failure, especially reverse
  • Dull noise or grinding in neutral

Exchange Basis: Your Garage Is Never Left Without a Part

This gearbox is sold on an exchange basis: the reconditioned unit is dispatched first, before your old gearbox is collected. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
