This 5-speed manual gearbox is fully rebuilt from the unit supplied by the customer: it is completely stripped down, cleaned and inspected, with gears, synchros, bearings and seals replaced as required by the wear found, then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before being returned.
