This reconditioned gearbox for the Citroën Jumper 2.2 HDi 2198 cm³ is supplied under reference 20GP02 and is compatible with engines identified by codes 4HV, 4HU, 4HG and 4HH. Reconditioning follows a rigorous process: the gearbox is fully stripped down, every component is cleaned and inspected, internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced, and the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances before undergoing a bench test.

The old gearbox – with its casing intact – is only collected after the new unit has been delivered and fitted, ensuring the garage always has a gearbox available and the vehicle is never left immobilised on the ramp. Return of the old unit is nonetheless required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
