This reconditioned gearbox for the Opel Insignia 2.0 CDTi (1956 cm³) is supplied under reference GETRAG-AZD – a 6-speed manual unit compatible with engine codes A20DTH, A20DTJ, A20DT, B20DTH and B20DTJ. Every GETRAG-AZD gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected component by component; worn gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced, and the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances before a comprehensive bench test.

Signs That Your Gearbox Needs Replacing

On an Insignia fitted with the 2.0 CDTi, several warning signs point to a worn manual gearbox: increasingly stiff or notchy gear changes, crunching in 2nd or 3rd, a gear jumping out on the motorway, bearing noise in neutral, vibrations through the gear lever, or difficulty engaging reverse. The original casing is only collected after the reconditioned gearbox has been delivered and fitted, so the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road unnecessarily. Return of the old gearbox is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and Payment
