This reconditioned gearbox for the Opel Vivaro 2.5 CDTi, with a 2463 cm³ engine, reference PK6028, is suitable for vehicles fitted with the G9U630, G9U730, G9U632 or G9U650 engine blocks. Reconditioning this 6-speed manual gearbox means it is fully stripped down, cleaned and inspected part by part; internal wear components – including gears, synchros, bearings and seals – are replaced before the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and tested on a bench.
