This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Opel Vivaro fitted with the 2.5 CDTi engine (2463 cm³), compatible with engine codes G9U630, G9U730, G9U632 and G9U650, under reference PK6080. It is a 6-speed manual gearbox, fully stripped, cleaned and inspected before reassembly. Internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced, and the unit is then rebuilt to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.
Signs that your gearbox needs replacing
- Gear changes becoming increasingly stiff or accompanied by crunching noises
- A gear jumping out on its own, particularly third or fifth
- Difficulty finding neutral after a gear change
