This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Opel Vivaro fitted with the 2.5 CDTi engine, with an engine capacity of 2463 cm³, compatible with engine codes G9U630, G9U730, G9U632 and G9U650, under reference PK6370. The reconditioning follows a comprehensive process: the gearbox is fully stripped down, every component is cleaned and inspected, internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced, and the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances before a bench test.
