This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Peugeot Bipper fitted with the 1.4 HDi engine (engine code 8HS, 1398 cm³), and corresponds to reference 20CQ70. Reconditioning follows a rigorous process: the gearbox is fully stripped down, every component is cleaned and inspected, worn internal parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced, and the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch under reference 20CQ70.
