This reconditioned DSG 7 gearbox fits Volkswagen Golf models powered by the 1.4 TSI engine (1390 cm³), compatible with engine codes BMY, BLG, CAXA, CAVD, CXSA, CPTA, CZCA and CZEA, and corresponds to reference PNB. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, followed by replacement of any worn gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

The dual-clutch assembly, however, is supplied new with the gearbox.
