Internal wear parts such as gears, synchromesh rings, bearings and seals are replaced. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

Under this exchange arrangement, the reconditioned gearbox reference UEW is dispatched first, without waiting for the return of your old gearbox. The old unit, with its casing intact, is only collected after the new part has been delivered and fitted, so your vehicle is never left off the road. Return of the old unit is nonetheless required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
