This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is designed for Volkswagen Golf models fitted with a 2.0 TDI engine of 1968 cm³, compatible with engine codes BKD, AZV, BMM, BMN, CBAB, CFFB, CFHC, CFGB, CRBC, CRLB, CRMB, DCYA, DFGA. It is sold under reference PPR. The reconditioning process involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, replacement of internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals, followed by reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and bench testing.

The garage is therefore never without a part and the vehicle is not left off the road waiting for a return. The old gearbox – casing or block intact – is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and installed. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: this component is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and it remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly is, however, included with this reconditioned gearbox.
