Under the exchange scheme, the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched before your old unit is collected: it is only taken back after the reconditioned gearbox has been delivered and fitted, so your garage is never left without a part and your vehicle is not off the road. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
