This reconditioned 6-speed manual gearbox is designed for the Volkswagen Golf 2.0 TSI fitted with CCZA, CCZB, CHHB or CJXC engines, with an engine capacity of 1984 cm³, under reference KDU. Every gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected component by component; worn gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced before the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances. A bench test then validates correct operation of the complete assembly prior to dispatch.
