Under the exchange scheme, the old unit is not collected before delivery: the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched first, so the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road unnecessarily. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after delivery and fitting of the reconditioned unit, and its return is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and payment
