Reconditioned DSG 6 Gearbox – Volkswagen Golf 2.0 TSI – Reference NLT

This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox for the Volkswagen Golf 2.0 TSI, reference NLT, is compatible with 1984 cm³ engines bearing the codes CCZA, CCZB, CHHB and CJXC. Reconditioned means the gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected before being rebuilt: every internal wear component – including gears, synchros, bearings and seals – is replaced according to its condition. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

Under the exchange scheme, the reconditioned gearbox reference NLT is dispatched to your workshop first, without waiting for the old unit to be returned. The old gearbox – casing and block intact – is only collected after delivery and fitting, so the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is off the road for as short a time as possible. Return of the old unit is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and Payment

The gearbox is covered by a 24-month parts warranty, valid subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
