This reconditioned gearbox for the Volkswagen Golf 2.0 TSI fits 1984 cm³ petrol engines bearing engine codes CCZA, CCZB, CHHB and CJXC, under reference QSJ. It is a DSG 6 dual-clutch gearbox, fully stripped, cleaned and inspected before all internal wear components – including gears, synchros, bearings and seals – are replaced. It is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested prior to dispatch. This reconditioned gearbox retains all the original characteristics of the DSG 6 fitted to the Golf 2.0 TSI, ensuring behaviour identical to the original unit.

The reconditioned QSJ gearbox is dispatched before your old unit is collected – the old unit is not taken back prior to delivery. Once the reconditioned gearbox has been delivered and fitted, the old gearbox, with its casing intact, is collected so that the vehicle is not left off the road. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and the vehicle's original mechatronic unit is retained for the customer to reuse. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is included and reconditioned with the gearbox.
