This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is designed for Volkswagen Golf models fitted with the 2.0 TSI petrol engine of 1984 cm³, reference SGC. It is compatible with vehicles carrying engine codes CCZA, CCZB, CHHB or CJXC. Every SGC gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected; any gears, synchros, bearings and seals showing wear are replaced, before reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and a final bench test.

This gearbox is sold on an exchange basis: it is rebuilt to 0 km and dispatched without waiting for the old unit to be returned first. The garage receives the reconditioned gearbox first and can therefore carry out the fitting without keeping the vehicle off the road. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after delivery and installation; its return is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: this electronic component is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is supplied new with this gearbox.

Compatibility

This SGC gearbox is suitable for Volkswagen Golf models powered by the 2.0 TSI whose engine code is CCZA, CCZB, CHHB or CJXC. We recommend checking the SGC reference on the identification plate of your original gearbox before ordering.

Warranty and Payment

This gearbox is sold with a 12-month parts warranty, applicable subject to fitting being carried out by a professional. Payment for your order can be spread over several instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
