This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is designed for Volkswagen Golf models fitted with the 2.0 TSI petrol engine (1984 cm³), reference SGC. It is compatible with vehicles carrying engine codes CCZA, CCZB, CHHB or CJXC. Every SGC gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected; any worn gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced before the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and given a final bench test.

This gearbox is sold on an exchange basis: it is rebuilt to 0 km and dispatched without waiting for the return of your old unit. The garage receives the reconditioned gearbox first and can carry out the fitting straight away, without keeping the vehicle off the road. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after delivery and installation; its return is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: this electronic component is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is included within the reconditioned gearbox.

Compatibility

This SGC gearbox fits Volkswagen Golf models with the 2.0 TSI engine and engine code CCZA, CCZB, CHHB or CJXC. We recommend checking the SGC reference on the identification plate of your original gearbox before ordering.

Warranty and payment

This gearbox comes with a 12-month parts warranty, subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, with up to 10 instalments available.
