This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Volkswagen Golf fitted with the 2.0 TSI engine (1984 cm³), compatible with engine codes CCZA, CCZB, CHHB and CJXC, reference SWQ. It is a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox, known as the DSG 7, widely used with this engine. Reconditioning involves a complete strip-down of the gearbox, followed by thorough cleaning and inspection of every component. Internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are then replaced before the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and given a final bench test.
