A new turbo designed for everyday use in the Audi A5
The Audi A5 fitted with a 2.0 TFSI engine is a coupé saloon frequently used for mixed driving — combining motorway and town journeys, often with a dynamic style that makes the most of the turbocharged petrol unit's responsiveness. This regular demand on the turbo, particularly during hard acceleration and high-rev driving, calls for a component that is both reliable and precisely calibrated for this engine. That is why this new turbo, compatible with reference 9VA12, has been selected to restore your Audi A5 to its original performance.
Compatibility with Audi A5 engines
This new turbo is compatible with Audi A5 models fitted with the 2.0 TFSI petrol engine, with an engine capacity of 1984 cm³, found notably under engine codes CDNB, CDNC, CAEA, CAEB, CFKA, CAED, CPMA, CPMB and CNCB. Several power outputs have been available for this engine depending on the vehicle version. Before placing an order, please check the exact reference printed on your old turbo or on your registration document to confirm compatibility with your vehicle.

Advice before and after fitting
Turbo failure on a 2.0 TFSI engine is most commonly caused by inadequate lubrication, incorrect or overdue engine oil, a clogged air filter, or a damaged intercooler. Before fitting, check the condition of the oil circuit, ensure the hoses are clean, and rule out any air leaks. When starting the engine for the first time, prime the turbo with oil to ensure immediate lubrication of the bearings and protect the longevity of the new part.
