It is only collected after the new turbo has been delivered and fitted, so your Mercedes Classe B is never left off the road. A 12-month parts warranty applies, subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
Fitting advice for your Classe B turbo
Before fitting the new turbo to your OM646 engine, carefully inspect the oil circuit: feed and return hoses, cleanliness of the lubrication passage, and the absence of carbon deposits or residue. Also check the condition of the air intake and intercooler, as well as the integrity of all boost hoses. When starting up, prime the turbo with oil before the first engine start to ensure immediate lubrication of the bearings and prevent any dry running.

- Check for any oil leaks or vacuum leaks
- Follow the manufacturer's recommended oil change intervals
