This new turbo is sold on an exchange basis: return of the old turbo is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, but it is only collected after the new turbo has been delivered and fitted, so your Mercedes CLK is never left off the road. The part carries a 12-month parts warranty, provided fitting is carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over up to 10 instalments.
Fitting advice for the OM646.963 engine
Before fitting the new turbo, it is essential to check the condition of the oil circuit (hoses, return line, pressure), replace the oil filter, and ensure the intercooler and air intake are clean, as contaminants can quickly damage a new turbo.
