This turbo is sold on an exchange basis: return of your old turbo is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. It is only collected after the new turbo has been delivered and fitted, so your Classe B is not left off the road. The part carries a 12-month parts warranty, provided fitting is carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over up to 10 instalments.
Advice before fitting on the Classe B 2.0 petrol
On turbocharged petrol engines such as the M 270.920, premature turbo wear is often caused by insufficient lubrication due to poor-quality oil or missed oil changes, a clogged air filter, or driving habits that put the engine under load when cold. Before fitting the new turbo, check the oil circuit, the condition of the hoses and the air intake to prevent premature fouling. On first start-up, prime the turbo with oil to ensure the bearings are lubricated immediately from the moment the engine fires.
