It is only collected after the new turbo has been delivered and fitted, so your vehicle is not left off the road during the process. The turbo is covered by a 12-month parts warranty, subject to fitting being carried out by a professional. Payment for your order can be spread across up to 10 instalments.

On CZDA and CZEA engines, premature turbo failure is most commonly caused by insufficient lubrication due to poor-quality oil or missed oil changes, a clogged air filter, or a damaged intercooler. Harsh driving habits — particularly switching the engine off immediately after high-revving — also accelerate wear. Before fitting the new turbo, check the oil circuit, the air intake hoses and the exhaust gaskets. When starting up, make sure to prime the oil circuit before the first start to ensure immediate lubrication of the bearings.
