The 6-speed manual unit is completely stripped down, cleaned and inspected component by component; any gears, synchros, bearings or seals showing signs of wear are systematically replaced, then the whole assembly is rebuilt to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch under reference RKC.
