This reconditioned S tronic 6 gearbox is designed for Audi A3 models fitted with the 2.0 TDI engine (1968 cm³), compatible with engine codes BKD, AZV, BMM, BMN, CBAB, CFFB, CFGB, CBBB, CRBC, CRFC and CLHA, reference NLN. Every gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected before reconditioning.

Reconditioning of the NLN gearbox

The NLN reference gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected component by component. Gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced according to the wear found, then the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch. This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: this electronic component is neither reconditioned nor tested and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer during fitting. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is supplied with the reconditioned gearbox.

Exchange basis: delivery with no downtime

With this exchange gearbox, the reconditioned unit is dispatched first, before your old gearbox is collected. Your garage is therefore never left without a part and the axle remains available. Once the new NLN gearbox has been delivered and fitted, the old gearbox — casing or block intact — is collected: return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
