This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox for the Audi A3 2.0 TDI (1968 cm³) is compatible with engine codes BKD, AZV, BMM, BMN, CBAB, CFFB, CFGB, CBBB, CRBC and CRFC, and carries the reference NLP. It is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected; any gears, synchros, bearings and seals found to be worn are replaced, before the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested to ensure correct operation.

Under the exchange scheme, the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched first so that the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road. The old gearbox is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted; return of the old unit is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit, which is neither reconditioned nor tested and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer; the dual-clutch assembly, however, is supplied new.

A deposit is required at the time of ordering; it is refunded once the reconditioned unit has been delivered, fitted, and the old gearbox has been returned and received.

Warranty and Payment

This gearbox is covered by a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over up to 10 instalments.
