This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is designed for the Audi A3 2.0 TDI (1968 cm³), compatible with engine codes BKD, AZV, BMM, BMN, CBAB, CFFB, CFGB, CBBB, CRBC, CRFC, reference QMM. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and a detailed inspection of every component, followed by replacement of all internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit, which is neither reconditioned nor tested and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer; the dual-clutch assembly, however, is supplied new.
