The reconditioning process is comprehensive: the gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected, then all internal wear parts — gears, synchros, bearings and seals — are replaced. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested prior to dispatch, ensuring performance that matches the original specification.
