This reconditioned gearbox is a 7-speed S tronic unit for the Audi Q3 2.0 TDI, compatible with engine codes CFFB, CLLB, CUVA and CUWA (1968 cm³), referenced PVB. Reconditioning follows a thorough process: full strip-down, cleaning and inspection of every component, replacement of internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals, then reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and bench-testing before dispatch.

Signs That This S tronic Gearbox Needs Replacing

On a Q3 fitted with this dual-clutch gearbox, several warning signs point to advanced wear: juddering or jerking during gear changes, slipping felt under acceleration, delayed or harsh shifts, the automatic gearbox warning light illuminated on the dashboard, the vehicle entering limp-home mode, or unusual vibrations at low speed. These symptoms generally indicate internal wear that warrants replacement with a reconditioned PVB gearbox.

Exchange Basis: the Reconditioned Unit Is Dispatched Before the Old One Is Returned

Under this exchange arrangement, the reconditioned PVB gearbox is dispatched first, before the old unit is collected. The original casing is only recovered after delivery and fitting, so the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not left off the road. Return of the old gearbox remains required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: it is neither supplied nor included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and it remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is supplied new with this gearbox.

Compatibility

This PVB reference fits Audi Q3 2.0 TDI models equipped with engine codes CFFB, CLLB, CUVA or CUWA, with an engine capacity of 1968 cm³.

Warranty and Payment

This reconditioned gearbox comes with a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
