The old unit is not taken back prior to delivery; the casing or intact block of your gearbox is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted, so your workshop is never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
