This reconditioned gearbox is designed for Fiat 500 models fitted with the 0.9 TwinAir 875 cm³ engine, compatible with engine codes 312A2000 and 312A5000, under reference 71779482. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the unit, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, followed by replacement of all internal wear parts including gears, synchros, bearings and seals; the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Exclusion: the Dualogic actuator

This gearbox is sold without the Dualogic actuator: this electronic actuator is neither reconditioned nor tested — it remains the vehicle's original unit and must be reused by the customer during fitting.
