This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Ford C-Max fitted with the 1.6 TDCi engine (1560 cm³), compatible with engine codes G8DA, HHDA, T1DA and T3DA, under reference AV6R-7002-GK. This reconditioned 6-speed manual gearbox is restored to full manufacturer specification before being returned to service.
Reconditioning involves a complete strip-down of the gearbox, followed by thorough cleaning and inspection of every component. Internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced as standard. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.
