This reconditioned 6-speed manual gearbox fits the Ford C-Max 1.6 TDCi (1560 cm³) and corresponds to reference AV6R-7002-KK. It is suitable for vehicles fitted with engine codes G8DA, HHDA, T1DA or T3DA. Reconditioning involves fully stripping the gearbox, cleaning and inspecting every component, replacing all internal wear parts (gears, synchros, bearings and seals), then reassembling the unit to manufacturer tolerances before a bench test.
