This gearbox for the Ford C-Max 1.6 Ti is fully reconditioned to restore performance identical to the original. It carries the reference AV6R-7002-BP and is compatible with the 1.6 Ti petrol engine of 1596 cm³, associated with engine codes PNDA and PNDD. The reconditioning of reference AV6R-7002-BP follows a rigorous process: the gearbox is first completely stripped down, then every component is cleaned and inspected; internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced; finally, the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

This reconditioned gearbox comes with a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
