This reconditioned gearbox is designed for Ford Kuga models fitted with the 2.0 TDCi engine, with an engine capacity of 1997 cm³, compatible with engine codes G6DG, UFDA, TXDA, UFWA, T7MA and T7MB, under reference 8V4R-7002-AE. The reconditioning process involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, replacement of all internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals, followed by reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and a bench test prior to dispatch.

The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
